A Bit About Me.
Nellie’s Bakery is run entirely by me, Elsa — one baker, one pair of hands, and a whole lot of passion for creating treats that make people smile. Every cookie, brownie, blondie, and cake pot is mixed, baked, boxed, and delivered by me, from my home kitchen in Clifton.
I often get asked about the name Nellie’s. It was a childhood nickname — one my dad still calls me now! He along with the rest of my family are my biggest fans, always cheering me on, always taste‑testing the new flavours. Naming the bakery after that nickname just felt right. It’s a reminder of where this all began and the support that has helped me grow.
When you buy from Nellie’s, you’re supporting a one‑woman business built on hard work, creativity, and the joy of sharing yummy treats.
Whether it’s a weekend treat box, a pop‑up stall visit, or a celebration cake. I’m here making it all happen — one bake at a time.
